ab999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ab999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. ab999 does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.

All funds deposited into an ab999 account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. ab999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts operated primarily by another individual, or any payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.

• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 38 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are typically processed within the same business day.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after the Player's real money balance is depleted unless otherwise specified.

• The Player's account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.

• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account restriction or closure.

In the event of account termination due to a material breach of these Terms, ab999 reserves the right to forfeit all funds — including real-money balances and bonus balances — held in the terminated account. Where termination occurs for compliance or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, ab999 will process the return of verified real-money balances in accordance with its AML and compliance obligations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ab999 support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances will be processed through the Player's registered payment method. Bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ab999 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and ab999 arising from or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ab999's internal complaints process.
